pricing and ordering
How long will my order take?
Prints arrive in a range from 7-14 days. Or sooner! All my prints are manufactured in the USA by the highest quality standards. Originals available for sale will ship in approximately 1 week. Delivery time for commissioned originals will depend on the collaborative process between you and me.
Do you offer custom size prints?
Yes. Please email hello@erikminter.com with the art image of your choice, size and print type —metal or plexi. Metal prints come in gloss and matte. Metallic prints fused between plexi come in gloss. I love to drop my images into odd sizes and see how they transform. I will send you a jpg for approval with pricing.
Will I receive a Certificate of Authenticity with my OE print?
Each open-edition print is digitally signed and dated by year, when I start to do limited edition prints (LE) I will then utilize a blockchain based certificate and will hand sign each print.
Will I be taxed?
Only orders sold in the state of New Jersey will be taxed 6.625%%.
How do I pay for commissions and special projects?
I accept checks, Venmo, Apply Pay, Google Pay, Paypal, Bitcoin, Ether, Litecoin, Visa and MasterCard. For special projects and large orders, I prefer checks and money orders made out to Erik Minter. We can discuss further through our collaboration.
Can I commission Erik? size prints? originals?
Yes! If you would like to commission an original, or have special projects in mind using my designs, please contact me at hello@erikminter.com to begin the process.
shipping & care of artwork
How will my artwork be packed?
My artwork is shipped all over the world. The pieces of art are packed extremely well, either rolled up in a cardboard tube, flat box, wood or cardboard crates with extensive packing materials to protect the piece. Shipping fees are not included in your online order at this time. Shipping will be addressed for commissioned art and special projects on individual case basis.
Anything I need to know once I open the package?
Open very carefully, remove the packaging materials, and take your art piece out with care. Inspect for any damage. If there is any issues with your order, please email me promptly.
How do I clean my art print and/or original?
Archival Prints on paper, I would advise to not use any damp cloth, you can gently remove dust off of it, but I would suggest securing them in your frame of choice.
My METAL prints which will be coming soon, you can be cleaned with a soft microfiber cloth using either Isopropyl Alcohol or Sprayway Ammonia Free Glass Cleaner (found at Costco). My PLEXI prints can be cleaned with a soft microfiber cloth using either Novus #1, or Brillianze; Sprayway Ammonia free Glass Cleaner (found at Costco.) My ORIGINALS can be wiped with a soft microfiber cloth.
Will I receive an email confirmation when the artwork ships?
I will forward you the tracking information, so you can see ETA and track it. I use a few different carriers depending on weight, size and destination. If you have any questions, please email hello@erikminter.com returns.
What is your return policy?
Because my prints are custom made to order, they are final sale and non-returnable. The same applies to my originals. My art is packed with the utmost care, however, if the art piece is damaged during shipping, please contact hello@erikminter.com within 24 hours of receipt. At that time, I will determine what action to take.

Can I get a proof before the final print?
Yes. I’m happy to send proofs when requested. The proof will include the full image plus a section of the image at the size to be printed. The cost is $50. This gives piece of mind to both you and me before final print. Please email me requesting the sample with image, size and type of print. I will send you an email with payment option.

Can I license your work?
Most of my artWORKs are available for licensing. I would also love the opportunity to collaborate and create exclusive artWORK for your product. Several of my artWORKs are licensed, for use in the boutique hotel industry with prints in the Wall Decor Market. My work translates very well to a wide variety of formats in the industry — carpet, wallcovering, fabric, etc. Please contact me directly for further info. We can create together.
Copyright and Usage

Several of my deZigns are licensed with Rosenstiel’s, www.felixr.com, for use as prints in the Wall Decor Market. Can I copyright your work?
My art piece you purchase is for your personal use only. Upon purchase, no reproduction rights are being granted to reproduce these artWORKs in any way. No one may use, copy, modify, distribute, sell, assign, exchange, license or sublicense in any mediums, forms and formats, in any number, and at any time, and in any way. All artWORKs on this website are Copyright Erik Minter, Erik Minter, LLC, 2018-2019.

Do you offer discounts?
